VISITOR CENTER

regina dominican: learn. grow. lead. succeed.

THE STUDENTS SPEAK OUT
When I started school I wasn't really sure where I fit in. Going to Regina has not only allowed me to realize my true strengths, but it's a place where I've made some life long friendships.

Campus Ministry

Campus Ministry collaborates with the entire school community in empowering Regina students to fully engage themselves in ongoing faith formation through worship and prayer, service and retreat experiences.

The approach is very student-centered. Students and the Campus Minister collaboratively plan and direct each level of the four-year retreat program, culminating with the senior-level kairos retreat. They also help in the design and implementation of all school and class liturgies and service projects.

REGINA DOMINICAN ALUM TEACHING IN HAITI
Eleanor Harris, a Regina Dominican and St. Francis Xavier School alumna and recent graduate of Princeton University , is currently a teaching volunteer with the Haitian Project. She is teaching English and laboratory science to poor, academically gifted students at Louverture Cleary School , a Catholic high school near Port-au-Prince . Haiti is the poorest country in the Western hemisphere. As a result, only one child in five has the opportunity to go to school. If you would like to contribute to help Ellie in this vital educational and spiritual mission, please send a check to The Haitian Project, P.O. Box 6891 , Providence , RI 02940 . For more information about the Louverture Cleary School , you can go to www.haitianproject.org. As Ellie says, "In Haiti, a few dollars go a long way!" Any contributions and all prayers are greatly appreciated.
