Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering (WYSE)
Purpose:
- Encourage young women to continue their education in the Sciences
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Open to students with interests in biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering graphics, English, mathematics and physics
- Four major testing events – Qualifying in January, Regionals in February, Sectionals in March, State in April

Officers are elected yearly. Positions include:
- Participates in academic contests at district, regional and state levels
- Winner of two statewide competitions
