National Honor Society

  HomeNational Honor Society
The National Honor Society (NHS) was founded in 1921 and is sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principles. This prestigious national organization for high school students continues to honor those students who maintain outstanding records in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character.

Chapter membership not only acts as a recognition tool of the nation's top academic high school students, but also challenges them to develop themselves further through active involvement in school activities, community service, leadership roles and standards of ethical behavior.

The Regina Dominican chapter of the National Honor Society is proud to follow the precepts set forth by the National Honor Society by recognizing and encouraging academic achievement while developing leadership, character and service.
