Season
Swimming is a Fall Sport. The season begins in mid-August and concludes in mid-late November. The Regina Swim Team competes against a wide variety of IHSA member schools at both the JV and Varsity levels. We are members of the Metro Catholic Aquatics Conference, which hosts arguably the most competitive freshman/sophomore, JV and Varsity conference championship meets in Illinois.
We practice at 2 locations: Loyola Academy in Wilmette and OLPH School and Parish in Glenview. We cater to the needs of the brand new swimmer, as well as the experienced athlete. In 2009 we had a team of 22 girls. In 2008, we had an Academic All-American and were ranked 21st Nationally among girls swim teams at Private Schools with enrollments under 900.
