Cross Country at Regina is a competitive team that has produced state qualifying teams and individuals in recent years. The team is under a new coaching staff for the 2009 season and is expected to be composed of serious competitive runners as well as girls new to the sport of cross country.

Coaches
Mark Szczepkowski is the new Head Coach for the Panther Cross Country team for the 2009 season. Szczepkowski is a social studies teacher at Regina, who begins the 2009 season in his 8 th year at the school. Before taking over the Cross Country program, he guided the Panther Golf team for the last 6 seasons. He has also coached the Track and Field team at Regina. Szczepkowski ran cross country and track at St. Laurence High School, in Burbank, where he captained both squads his senior season. He has a love of the sport and is extremely excited to be coaching the great sport of cross country.
