Bowling is a participative sport and no cuts are made. Varsity and JV matches are held two to three times per week at local bowling establishments, with occasional practice times.

Bowlers of all levels and expertise are welcome and are encouraged to participate. Bowling at Regina is split into a Junior Varsity team and a Varsity team. As in all Regina sports, each athlete must have a physical on file with the school.
