Technology

Mission

Emergent technology at Regina Dominican High School provides effective venues for inquiry and problem solving as part of the all-school educational outcomes. Technology is a conduit that connects the theoretical and tangible in the educational process.  It allows the student to utilize resources and creatively use materials in order to document and showcase learning.  Technology provides the means to a creative, professional, and polished product that reflects the administrator, faculty, staff and student in their greatest potential as a problem solver.

Vision

Administrator, teacher, and student, through the use of technology, develop into continuous, resourceful, and engaged learners who are ethical and responsible citizens.  They are prepared to address the complex challenges of a global technological society.
Technology supports the educational process, enhancing all facets of instruction, learning, and assessment. By utilizing emergent technology, both student and instructor maximize learning and instruction across all disciplines.
