Course Offerings in Science
Science courses prepare Regina Dominican students to become intellectually responsible, scientific thinkers and problem solvers. Science courses are taught as an inquiry-based process and include developing a body of knowledge about both the physical and living worlds. Science classes are offered at various levels of difficulty in preparation for the academic future of these young women.
The Science Department at Regina uses a laboratory approach to science education that involves each student in the process of discovery. This approach enables students to engage in analytical problem solving.
